Hello from KiwiPete… New Zealand

Hi from New Zealand (Aoteroa), Land of the long white cloud. I have been in the corporate world all my life. I am putting these pages together to help anyone who is interested in helping to educate their children (or themselves) on the benefits of learning about finances, or ‘what the schools don’t teach our kids’

A little bit about me.. After graduating from University with Engineering, then following up a post graduate diploma in Marketing I have done my best to climb the corporate ladder. Success comes to those who work hard, remain focused and who don’t compromise their values…(Hmmmmm)  I have tried wherever I have been employed to ensure that this remains the case. In my last role I was running a large health company here in New Zealand.

I am married with a beautiful wife and three wonderful children. Have been married, at time of writing, for eleven years. Every year my wife gets more and more beautiful and every year I fall in love with her again and again. Our Children are our joint passion and having three has its challenges but like all parents would never think of giving them back. We live in New Zealand by choice but given other choices I am sure we would love to try other countries. I have been blessed enough to travel through my various roles but not with the family. I have, therefore, a lot of photographs of scenery without me or them in it!

My passion is to help people look down the road and see a picture of what they would like their life to be like, if the view at the moment is not one that you enjoy then perhaps there is some wisdom in this site to help you make different choices.

I would like to begin with a few questions for you to get your thought juices turning. Please click on the ‘questions‘ tab for more.

Wonderful Waihi in Summer NZ

I certainly hope so. As a very good friend of mine used to say “If you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, then go down there and light the thing yourself” She might had used a few more expletives than I but you get the gist.
